ReDeux Solutions, LLC of
Monroe, Louisiana, a subsidiary of BioCatters, reached
an agreement with Dewpoint Environmental, Inc. (DEI)
of Austin, Texas to act as an agent of DEI to propose
a pilot program to the State of Louisiana to remove,
transport, and dispose of 1 million cubic yards of storm
waste in New Orleans, resulting from hurricane Katrina.
If the pilot program proves successful, the contract
can be extended by an additional 5 million yards of
waste. |

LLC with the intent to deploy large scale production
facilities of renewable diesel. |
